Assistant Director of Adult Clinical Services (BCBA) Essex County, MA $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS We're seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a senior leadership role as Assistant Director of Clinical Services. This position partners closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to oversee behavioral programming, staff training, and clinical quality across educational and residential programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
