CDL-A OTR Team Driver

Join Our Team: Team Driver OTR CDL-A Operator Green Transportation is looking for professional and motivated Team Drivers to join our dynamic fleet. As a Team Driver OTR CDL-A Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods while providing excellent service to our customers. Position Overview: Location: Frequent travel to and from delivery locations; base at our Holland, Michigan terminal Pay: Experienced drivers averaging $1,700 - $1,900/week per driver (Mileage rate based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for established teams Schedule: Typically leaves out Saturday or Sunday, home by Thursday or Friday with a weekly 34-hour reset at home What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer US Citizenship required Compensation & Benefits: Mileage rates based on experience $60 per outbound delivery stop and $40 per pick/drop inbound after the first pick-up $20/hour after 2.5 hours for outbound and $10/hour after 5 hours for inbound $200 for two-day deliveries with planned layovers Full-time exempt position with benefits and paid time off Weekly rotation to guarantee a 34-hour home reset Ready to Join Our Team?
