Requirements Active RN License Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS Certification Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting Additional requirements to be determined by the client facility Benefits Competitive weekly pay with direct deposit Full coverage of all credentialing fees Private housing or generous housing allowance Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family Company-paid life and disability insurance Travel reimbursement 401(k) with matching Unlimited referral bonuses up to $1,000 Duties and Responsibilities The ICU/Critical Care Nurse (RN) will possess the expertise to deliver high-quality care to adult patients facing life-threatening conditions that require complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions. Provide compassionate patient care, along with education and support to families. Ensure that essential life support equipment, such as ventilators and feeding tubes, is functioning properly. Monitor patients' vitals, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, for any signs of distress. Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as necessary. Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration. Assist in emergency nursing procedures to effectively address changes in patients' conditions. Perform accurate and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when needed.
