We seek Male and Female: Supportive Home Care Aides (both tracks with training documentation), HHAs, CNAs, and Companions to serve our Alston/Brighton Client Base Specifically. Applicants must provide references; pass CORI and DPH Registry checks; present a picture ID, any Certifications and Registrations, a recent Physical Exam, a PPD/Immunization Record (less than a year), and documentation of right to work (for I-9). A dependable insured vehicle is desirable- with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We always seek workers with Bilingual ability (multiple language abilities often needed and a desired plus, but still need to be able to communicate with client/consumers effectively) Ability to draw upon previous training to operate Hoyers and other equipment is desirable. Applicants may need to be adaptable/comfortable around pets that clients may have. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement care plans. Utilize first aid skills when necessary and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
