Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a facility in Hermiston, OR . These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $102 / hour1099 Shift Details: Hours a week: 40 hours a week Schedule: Flexible Assignment Length: 13 weeks but open to longer length assignments Definition of Position : The staff Physical Therapist practices physical therapy according to current standards of practices in conjunction with the department's policies and procedures, including patient assessment, treatment, delegation, coordination, and evaluation of services provided. The staff Physical Therapist is directly responsible to the director and their designee, and has the responsibility for overall direction, supervision, instruction and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, volunteers and students in their area of the physical therapy department/facility. They are responsible for the patient's record documentation and act as the patient advocate. Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
