Join Our Dynamic Dental Team - Full Clinical Autonomy & Relocation Assistance We are excited to welcome a dedicated Associate General Dentist to our well-established, full-service dental group. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dentist who values mentorship, clinical independence, and modern technology in a supportive team environment. About Our Practice 5 General Dentists on staff Currently 1 Hygienist with 2 additional roles open 18 skilled support team members dedicated to patient care 15 operatories, including 12 for general dentistry and 3 for surgical procedures On-site removable prosthetics lab for efficient patient service A full range of procedures offered, including exams, full-mouth reconstructions, implants, and more Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays and weekends: Off Office closure for major holidays (approximately 8 per year), the week of July 4th, and the week between Christmas and New Year's Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional general dental care for patients Perform a comprehensive range of procedures including restorative work, rotary endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and prosthetics Utilize modern dental technologies such as Dentrix, Dexis Imaging, Schick X-rays, intraoral cameras, Zoom Whitening, CEREC crowns and bridges, Sirona Axeos 3D Cone Beam system, and LiteTouch hard/soft tissue lasers Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed minimum of $850 per working day for the first 6 months Production-based compensation of 30-40% of production (paid bi-weekly with no holdback) Estimated Year 1 Earnings: Minimum $163,200 (based on 4 days/week, 48 weeks/year) Comprehensive malpractice insurance, license renewal, DEA fees, and continuing education reimbursement Group medical insurance for your health needs 100% coverage for in-house dental services Relocation assistance offered IRA retirement plan to secure your future Options for life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Why You Should Join Us Collaborate with a team of experienced dental professionals Perform procedures suited to your skills with pathways to take on advanced cases Access to mentorship and growth within the practice Future equity and partnership opportunities available Be part of a supportive, patient-centered team culture This position is perfect for a dentist seeking long-term growth in their career, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to practice with state-of-the-art tools focused on community service.
