The APP functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative community-based setting.Position Highlights Outpatient-only urology practice Monday through Friday schedule No weekends, no call responsibilities Mix of general and oncologic urology Office-based urologic procedures Strong collaboration with urology physicians and clinical staff Excellent work/life balanceClinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive urologic histories and physical examinations Evaluate and manage general and oncologic urologic conditions Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results Prescribe and manage pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies Perform office-based urologic procedures within scope of practice Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care Coordinate care and ensure continuity across the treatment planPractice Environment Full-time, 1.0 FTE Monday through Friday schedule No weekend or on-call responsibilities Clinical time shared between Austin and Albert LeaQualifications Eligible for DEA registration BLS certification requiredNurse Practitioner Master's or Doctorate-prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Minnesota RN and APRN license Certification as one of the following: Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Physician Assistant Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification Registration with the Minnesota State Board of Medical PracticeCompensation & Benefits Salary range: $117,520 - $163,987 annually Competitive compensation based on education and experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement Full-time benefits eligibility by Jobble
