Job Overview: As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams focused on a patient-centered care model. Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will employ evidence-based practices in line with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Using your nursing expertise, you will develop comprehensive care plans addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut; BSN required. Strong understanding of regulatory standards. A minimum of five years of surgical nursing experience, preferably with a focus on managing complex surgical patients. Leadership experience is a plus.
