PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist provides knowledgeable support for all payroll applications, including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications. Key Responsibilities: Provides customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department Processes incoming calls and emails according to procedure Creates work orders that capture structured data in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis Makes recommendations of process changes Provides documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Payroll processing knowledge is required Bachelor's degree, preferred 2 years of previous customer service call center experience Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to understand and suggest a resolution to issues Payroll processing knowledge, preferred SAP experience, preferred Apply to Canteen today!
