Job Description: Client is a nonprofit free clinic dedicated to providing high-quality medical and dental services to underserved and uninsured individuals in Southwest Washington. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Associate Medical Director, plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to Client s underserved patient population. This position provides acute and chronic care, oversees follow-up care, and collaborates with nurses and volunteers to ensure seamless patient management. Compensation & Benefits: Reports to Executive Director and Medical Director. Hourly rate: $68 $75, based on experience. Sick leave per WA State Initiative 1433. Vacation: 3 weeks (60 hours/year). 403(b) retirement plan via Vestwell. Malpractice insurance coverage. Observed holidays include: New Year s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
