Job Description: Client is a nonprofit free clinic dedicated to providing high-quality medical and dental services to underserved and uninsured individuals in Southwest Washington. Our mission is to expand access to essential healthcare through compassionate service, ensuring that every member of our community experiences health, hope, and healing. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Associate Medical Director, plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to Client s underserved patient population. This position provides acute and chronic care, oversees follow-up care, and collaborates with nurses and volunteers to ensure seamless patient management. Compensation & Benefits: Reports to Executive Director and Medical Director. Hourly rate: $68 $75, based on experience. Sick leave per WA State Initiative 1433. Vacation: 3 weeks (60 hours/year). 403(b) retirement plan via Vestwell. Malpractice insurance coverage.
