Real Estate Lease Administrator Could you be our next Real Estate Leasing Administrator at our Radnor corporate office location? Why work as Real Estate Lease Administrator with Main Line Health? Make an Impact! Our RE Lease Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of our Real Estate department. You would be responsible for: Tracking and monitoring the routing of all lease documents through the approval and execution process and providing monthly update status reports to the team. Coordinating with Tenants, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of Lease contracts and following up for any outstanding documents. Providing administrative support to the Real Estate Operations Team; coordination of inter/intra-departmental meetings as well as meetings with Hospital Administration, Tenants, Contractors, and Real Estate Professionals. Inputting all lease and tenant information into necessary lease, finance, and contract/legal databases and ensuring all systems are maintained and updated with the most current information. Assisting Call Center Specialist on the maintenance and updating of work order database including: Annual update on contact information. Develop and Grow your Career! Position: Real Estate Lease Administrator Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare office building leasing, administration, and/or property management. Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic to intermediate Microsoft office suite experience preferred. Education: High School diploma required.
