Human Resources Coordinator The Temporary HR Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of core HR processes during a temporary coverage period. This role focuses on HR operations, data accuracy, and employee support while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS. Support payroll processing and coordinate with Payroll/Finance. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries. Prepare HR documents, reports, and compliance records. Maintain personnel files. Support onboarding logistics and documentation. Process employee status changes (new hires, transfers, terminations). Assist with offboarding coordination and documentation. Support audit preparation and compliance tracking. Ensure HR records meet internal and regulatory standards. Maintain confidentiality of employee data. Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and HR communications. Assist HR team with ad hoc operational tasks. Essential Skills: 1-3 years of HR coordination experience highly preferred. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. Full-cycle payroll processing experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication and coordination skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in employee relations, onboarding, and human resources generalist roles. Knowledge of FMLA and retirement benefits. Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company. Work Environment: The role involves reporting directly to the HR Manager with a dotted line to the Global VP of HR. This position is part of a smaller HR team, where collaboration on tasks such as safety, onboarding, and compliance is expected. The temporary role covers a period of 4-6 months with working hours from 8-5 or 8:30-5, Monday to Thursday onsite and Friday work from home. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
