Position Overview We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Asstistan to work directly alongside the General Manager in supporting executive operations, reporting, and international business communication. This is a critical role requiring full fluency in Mandarin and English (read, write, and speak). The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between the General Manager and overseas headquarters, business partners, and internal departments. This position is fully on-site and requires daily in-person collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for executive leadership Translate business documents, contracts, presentations, and correspondence between Mandarin and English Draft professional communication on behalf of the General Manager Serve as liaison between overseas headquarters and local operations Coordinate cross-department communication and follow up on executive action items Support business partner communication and assist in resolving operational matters Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-ups Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information Assist with strategic projects and executive initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, or related field) 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or executive operations Fluent in Mandarin and English (must be able to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages) Strong reporting and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work on-site daily Preferred Experience Experience working with international teams or overseas headquarters Background in manufacturing, operations, or fast-growing environments Experience handling confidential executive-level matters Why Join Us Work directly with executive leadership High visibility and impact across the organization Growth opportunity within a dynamic and expanding company Competitive compensation and benefits
