Required Skills: Active and valid RN license in Massachusetts Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Nice to Have Skills: BLS and ACLS certifications Prior experience in a hospital setting Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a Med Surg setting Current Massachusetts RN licensure Other Requirements: Must include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) license with your application Availability to provide at least two specific interview times Reside more than 50 miles from the Berkshire facility Willingness to work Day shifts Compliance with health and safety protocols Ability to work scheduled hours and ensure punctuality Compensation for this assignment is $62.31 per hour.
