Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documentation for complex commercial loan transactions, ensuring all documents comply with corporate credit policy, regulatory standards, and internal guidelines. This role collaborates closely with relationship banking staff, legal departments, and external counsel to confirm that all loan terms and conditions are properly documented and protects the bank's interests. Key duties include: Determining required documentation, coordinating loan closings, ensuring due diligence, auditing existing loan files, and recommending improvements to procedures and operational controls. The specialist also supports training new team members and serves as a resource for complex transactions, utilizing in-depth knowledge of banking processes and legal requirements to achieve departmental goals. The successful candidate will have experience with: Laser Pro legal documentation software or similar application in the financial or legal industry ACBS, IBS, FIS are helpful Salary Range: $52,800 - 79,200 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
