Position Summary: As a Nursing Assistant, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional care to residents who require hands-on assistance according to their individual service plans. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with their daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support. Engage residents in meaningful interactions and conversations, and participate in programs and activities. Collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure all resident care needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment while helping residents keep their rooms organized. Qualifications: Experience and a genuine passion for working with seniors. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and other staff. Good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
