Track and Adapt: Monitor patient progress and document outcomes rigorously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications to enhance skills and knowledge. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
