Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications to enhance skills and knowledge. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
