CNA Job Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other activities. Document care provided accurately and timely. Interact collaboratively with other staff members within the facility to support resident care. Required Qualifications Certification: Must hold a valid CNA certificate. CPR/BLS Certification: Current/active CPR/BLS card is required.
