RN Emergency Room

Job Title: Emergency Department Nurse Work Schedule: 24 hours per week; 2 days per week. Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a rotation including every 3rd weekend and holiday duties. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This position involves providing direct patient care, supporting patients in critical situations, and being their advocate during moments of need. The ideal candidate will play a vital part in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring quality care throughout the ER. As part of our team, you will engage with various healthcare professionals to maintain excellence in patient care and contribute to ongoing improvements in services. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid Nebraska RN license or be a new graduate eligible for the NCLEX. Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are required. Furthermore, we encourage our nurses to pursue additional certification, thus a willingness to complete TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) within the first year and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within the second year is essential for this role.
