We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about enabling older adults and individuals with disabilities to thrive safely and independently in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess high empathy, the ability to balance client needs with program requirements, and a readiness to make a meaningful impact. Familiarity with technology and experience in home modification projects will enhance your success in this role. Role Highlights Anticipated Start Date: 4/1/26 Compensation: $120 per evaluation Employment Type: Contracted, requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week Location: In-Home Visits Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and functional evaluations. Provide personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications. Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques. Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning. Collaborate closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share insights and improve processes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic system. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active, unencumbered OT license. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services is preferred. Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Proficient with technology and digital documentation. Able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. Additional Compensation Information Contractors are paid monthly, within 2 weeks following the end of the previous month. Compensation is based on completed evaluations, which encompass: Travel to and from the client's home The evaluation itself Documentation Extended travel expenses will be discussed and require prior approval if necessary.
