Responsibilities: Estimate civil construction projects: grading, utilities Use HCSS HeavyBid software for estimating Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors Lead bid reviews and coordinate with Business Development Maintain client relationships in the private sector Requirements: 5+ years of civil construction estimating/cost control experience for both public and private construction projects Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid software Knowledge of federal, state, and local construction standards Ability to read blueprints, plans, and soil reports Clean driving record; occasional site visits required Background check, driving record check, and drug screening required Preferred Skills: Experience with AgTek, BlueBeam Revu, Viewpoint Vista, or PlanSwift software Experience in both public and private sector projects Compensation & Benefits: $95,000 - $170,000 per year + up to 15% incentive bonus $2,500/month toward medical benefits 401k with company match Paid time off and holidays Join a company that values its people and makes work enjoyable.
