Job Requirements Starting Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.75 hourly The Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems up to 600V, including motors, switchgear, and lighting. Ensures safe operation, code compliance, and accurate documentation of work performed. Day & Swing Shift AvailableWhat will you do as an Electrician?: Repairs all electric switch-gears, motors, light and other electrical equipment. Effectively troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment malfunctions. Helps to ensure code compliance and safe operation. Consistently ensures the proper installation and operation of motors, drives, lights and other electrical equipment. Assists with the repair and installation of various electrical equipment and fixtures @ 600V and under as directed. Consistently demonstrates concern for safe operation of power tools. Work Experience To be successful as an Electrician, you'll need: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required. 2-3 years Electrician experience required. Must possess excellent communication skills, diplomacy and objectivity. Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to strive in a multi task environment. Must have basic computer skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule The ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and lift up to 80 pounds.
