First Time travelers Accepted: Yes Shift Requirements: Every other weekend required Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS required Skillset Requirements: Telemetry and IV Start required Locals Accepted? No. Unit Information: 1:6 ratio Medical-Surgical: Majority are medical patients (COPD exacerbation, Client, COVID-19, chest pain, small bowel obstruction, etc. Small surgical case load (roughly 1-3 post-surgical cases/day) including gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, colectomy, mastectomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy. Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline.
