Data Center Technician - Level 1 - Nashville, TN Start date ASAP - Feb 2027 with possible extension Shift Mid Shift (5) 8-hour Shifts Wed-Sat - 3pm - 11pm CST Services to be provided ServiceNow ticket queue monitoring and management Asset management & tracking Hardware support (switches, servers, storage, etc.) (everything from green light monitoring to replacing hardware kept onsite. Training available.) Hardware deployment Patch cable installation and management Project management support (meaning taking direction from project managers to assist with tasks) Additional Information All candidates are encouraged to apply, but many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers.
