This Production Worker I role focuses on maintaining quality standards, supporting daily production flow, and ensuring products are assembled according to specifications. The Production Worker I works closely with the production team and supervisor to maintain an efficient, safe, and organized production environment. Required Experience & Skills • Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness• Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members• Attention to detail when inspecting and assembling products• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced production environment• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a diverse workforce Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Receive parts from production machinery and complete assembly of finished plastic products• Rotate through multiple general assembly tasks within the blow molding process• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met• Report defective or non-conforming products to production leadership• Assist with sorting and reworking non-conforming materials when necessary• Perform basic testing and packaging on spouts and other components• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards• Follow all company safety policies and procedures• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations Preferred Education • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)• 6–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred If you are interested in this position, click the “Apply” button above to submit your application.
