SNF Unit Manager

Job Title: Unit Manager (RN/LPN) - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Location: Dublin Post Acute Position Overview Dublin Post Acute is seeking a strong and compassionate Unit Manager to lead our nursing team within our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership. This position plays a key role in supporting staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining a positive and professional environment for residents, families, and team members. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations for the assigned unit Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary team members Monitor documentation, physician orders, and medication administration Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Previous charge nurse or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff Knowledge of LTC regulations and survey processes preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Schedule Full-Time Some weekend or on-call rotation may be required What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Supportive leadership team Opportunities for career growth in post-acute care leadership
