Warehouse Supervisor

What You'll Do As Warehouse Supervisor, you will plan, oversee, and actively participate in warehouse operations while leading and supporting warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with warehouse and production teams. Maintain a safe, organized, and secure warehouse environment by following all safety protocols. Monitor inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciliation using the Navision MRP system. Ensure FIFO inventory rotation and quickly identify and resolve any product damage or infestation concerns. Maintain quality control standards aligned with customer and agency requirements. Train, coach, and audit team members for compliance with GMP standards. Schedule, assign, and oversee daily warehouse activities. Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees, including forklift operators. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help employees succeed in their roles. Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team environment. What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills 5+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation 3+ years of supervisory experience Experience with handheld scanners for inventory control Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to work 2nd shift with flexibility to support 1st or 3rd shift when needed Education High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Opportunities, Inc.?
