Our Lady of Tepeyac High School seeks a mission-driven and dynamic Admissions Coordinator to lead recruitment and admissions efforts for prospective students. The Admissions Coordinator oversees the full admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, planning admissions events, managing data, and building strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners. The Coordinator works under the direction of the Vice President of Mission and Engagement and school leadership to ensure enrollment goals are met and that the school's Catholic mission and commitment to empowering young women are clearly communicated. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full admissions cycle, including inquiries, applications, testing, enrollment, and transfers • Plan and lead high-impact recruitment events such as Open Houses, school visits, shadow days, financial aid workshops, Jr. High Nights, and summer programs • Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, parishes, and community organizations • Oversee admissions marketing and branding in collaboration with the VP of Mission • Maintain, analyze, and report admissions data, track trends, and provide monthly enrollment dashboards to leadership • Serve as liaison to Big Shoulders Fund • Coordinate and train the Student Ambassador program • Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all prospective families • Collaborate with internal teams to support enrollment, retention, and overall student experience • Demonstrate a strong drive to meet and exceed enrollment goals Additional Expectations & Skills Required: • Strongly metric-driven with a commitment to meeting enrollment benchmarks • Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-focused • Excellent public speaker with strong presentation skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Action-oriented, proactive, and resourceful • Strong organization and attention to detail • Able to adapt quickly, multitask, and manage peak-season priorities The ideal candidate is organized, relational, data-informed, and passionate about Catholic, all girls education and the empowerment of young women. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. This position has an annualized salary of $44,000.00. An employee's pay within the salary will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
