We're Looking for a Administrative Assistant / Scheduler : As the Administrative Assistant / Scheduler , you need to make schedules for staff, help with the medical scan and answer phone. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for scheduling Nurses and CNA's to meet care for our members. Required Experience: At least 1 year experience in nursing home scheduling. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have advanced knowledge of the Health Information Portability and Privacy Act (HIPPA). Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism. Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking. Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality. Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and mail merges: email and web searches.
