Financial Controller

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for Executive leadership Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow statements, and following up on billing issues Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations General ledger management including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Managing the month-end close processes including accruals and bank recs Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics Candidates profile: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting with 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry strongly preferred; relevant costing expertise Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel Excellent communicative and organizational skills Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
