About the job Urban Mobility & Infrastructure Project Manager Seeking an experienced Urban Mobility & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead innovative, community-focused transportation and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality urban roadway, municipal, and pedestrian/bicycle improvement projects, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, budget, and schedules across disciplines. Lead design tasks for preliminary and final design phases. Prepare reports, studies, permits, and construction documents. Coordinate with clients, agencies, and the public. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Support hiring, resource planning, and group leadership initiatives. Pursue new project opportunities and contribute to business development. Maintain professional engineering (PE) licensure and uphold technical standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Proven experience managing infrastructure or urban mobility projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley 3D preferred.
