Procurement Specialist II

Duration: 12 months Reporting requirements: Onsite required for 3 to 4 days a week at a minimum, AND on required days. Schedule: 5days/ week, 9am or so until 5pm or so Max bill rate: Mark-up: 46% True job title: Concierge and Operational Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities • Perform concierge service for line of business. Help with enablement, execution and advisory on contract, purchasing, supplier and invoicing matters in Coupa • Execute simple sourcing projects betweenk andk value, using competitive sourcing or targeted negotiation • Register projects and savings in Coupa • Deliver target count of sourcing projects and $ savings • Act as business partner, and collaborator with Category Management team Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or related Procurement activities • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science industry experience preferred. • Experience in Coupa Source to Pay is a plus • High on learning ability and motivation with a change-ready mindset • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, influence and gain respect • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organizational environment • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work in a timely manner with strong attention to detail and organization • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
