US-Operations Specialist

You engage with enthusiasm and apply product expertise to offer recommendations that help drive sales and support the overall customer experience. Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes./n/nComplete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members in support of creating an exceptional customer experience./n/nUse communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes. /n/nPerform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities./n/nSupport the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards./n/nPerform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities./n/nContribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn./n/nDemonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. You should:/nBe available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations./nBe able to lift and carry product to various locations within and nearby the store.
