Lead Banking Java Developer/Architect

Roles/Responsibilities: Regulatory Risk and Compliance • Full Stack Lead Developer/Architect The Regulatory Risk and Compliance Reporting team in Business Technology and Innovation Group is dedicated to developing innovative technology solutions to support the Regulatory submissions of the Bank. The Software Developer Senior will work on data intensive Applications that support business and regulatory requirements. The role requires proficiency in designing and programming data intensive Applications using java and Oracle backend. General • Aligns business strategy with software solutions. • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Looking for a highly motivated individual that likes to be challenged. • Candidate must actively and independently strive to broaden technology and business knowledge. • Displays an innovative approach to apply modern software development principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. • Formal experience in working in projects with a methodology (waterfall, agile) • General knowledge of Banking, Financial and US regulatory environment Industry background: Finance/Banking background, open MUST HAVE SKILLS: 6+ years of exp. • Full Stack Java development skills using Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Restful services, Servlets, JSP • Database proficiency including intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL • Experience in developing, testing, and deploying java applications to Appservers like Tomcat and/or openshift • Experience in developing and implementing APIs • DevOps toolchain skills for development, testing and deploying software; eg: Git, Udeploy, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube. FLEX SKILLS: • Reporting tools like OBIEE/Tableau • MicroServices Architecture and design skills • SSO, Ping, oAuth security • Financial industry background Education: • BS Engineering or at least 6+ years as a java full stack developer Soft Skills: • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly motivated
