SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Location: Hybrid - Preference to be in Sunnyvale, CA Contract /Full-time Job Descriptions : Key Responsibilities Required Qualifications Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Deep LMS Administration, Configuration Support (Primary Focus) Compliance, Audit, and Governance Reporting, Analytics Data Quality Integrations Technical Enablement Business Analysis Stakeholder Partnership Strong knowledge on life sciences domain and Regulatory knowledge Good Understanding on the CSV area, Compliance Audits 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS). Proven background operating in audit-driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar). Advanced expertise in: o LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles) SCORM/ape/AICC content debugging and tracking Learning history corrections and data governance Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around: Content launch/tracking User assignments Connector/SFTP/AICC issues Integrations and sync errors Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center). Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail-critical for audit readiness. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SuccessFactors modules beyond LMS (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform). Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB). Experience with Jira/Confluence.
