STIIIZY Web Developer

Description We are looking for an experienced Web Developer who is well versed in Shopify and Klaviyo. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Shopify custom development experience including Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript, to build and maintain site features, templates, and custom sections. This role will support ongoing website improvements, promotional launches, and customer experience optimization, while working with the tools we utilize across e-commerce and lifecycle marketing. While the primary focus of this role is Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance our Shopify website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO optimizations. Customize Shopify themes, templates, and apps to align with brand aesthetics and functional needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Klaviyo and set up email workflows, automation, and segmentation. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve website and integration issues promptly. Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies for site and email performance optimization. Monitor and maintain the site's performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to maintain a seamless user experience. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work! Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred Experience working within the cannabis industry is a plus Requirements: Must be over 21 years of age. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion optimization. Available for on-site operations Monday-Friday. Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required. Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer. Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time. Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 15lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight at a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
