Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on student needs, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups. Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies and accommodations in the classroom. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, services, progress notes, and other required records. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and parent conferences. Provide professional recommendations for speech and language support services. Stay informed about best practices and current research in speech-language pathology and educational service delivery.
