Medicus is partnering with an established hospital 45 minutes outside of Chicago, Illinois, with an opportunity for a Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide ongoing locum coverage. About the Opportunity: Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 7 on/7 off No call requirement Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Patient Census: Up to 10-15 per day Will serve as first assist for CABG, ECMO, and EVH procedures EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During our time off, hike or bike on a premier single-track trail system, explore local boutiques and cafes in a charming downtown area, and enjoy live performances at nearby theaters.
