Front Desk Receptionist Thousand Oaks, CA Dental Experience Required Thousand Oaks Smile Design, the official dental office of the Los Angeles Rams and proud provider for Angel City FC, is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning, modern dental practice. We specialize in cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dentistry and are committed to teamwork, positivity, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Includes a dedicated lunch hour Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information Schedule appointments for hygiene and doctor visits Collect co-pays and accurately post payments Handle insurance follow-ups and resolve claim issues Prepare treatment plans and financial estimates for patients Manage new patient intake, consent forms, and check-out processes Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming Track and review monthly new patient reports Assist with light marketing tasks, newsletters, and social media Collaborate with clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow Qualifications: Dental knowledge and familiarity with dental insurance processes required Experience with Dentrix preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable presenting financial and treatment information to patients Proficient with computers and able to learn new software Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or GED required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($20$30/hr) Performance-based bonuses Medical and dental insurance 401K Paid holidays and vacation Team outings and celebrations Opportunities for long-term growth and career development Why Join Us?
