Part-Time In-House Bookkeeper Location: Orlando, FL On-site (scheduled days) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, payroll, and sales tax. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable who enjoys managing multiple client files. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Enterprise Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll processing and payroll tax filings State and local sales tax reporting Month-end and year-end support Preparing financial reports for CPA review Qualifications: Proven bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QBO and QuickBooks Enterprise Expertise in payroll and sales tax Strong organizational skills and accuracy Bonus: ProAdvisor certification and experience working with CPAs/EAs Contract Details: Classified as an Independent Contractor (1099) Contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance On-site work according to an agreed schedule Ongoing engagement based on performance $24 - $25 an hour
