General Manager Responsibilities: Oversee and run daily operations of a high-volume restaurant Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 120+ people Financial responsibility and accountability Adhere to the highest standards in guest service daily Implement effective systems to drive & grow the business General Manager Requirements: 3+ years as a full-service General Manager in a casual or upscale casual dining environment.
