Warranty Supervisor

Signature Homes is currently looking for a Warranty Field Supervisor in our Nashville, TN market. This is a field position, and not an office role. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in solving customers concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment. Responsibilities: -Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners -Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards -Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns -Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained -Perform minor repairs Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of construction experience or face to face customer service experience required The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
