Watson Clinic is a large multi-specialty group seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established practice in Lakeland, FL working under the medical supervision of one of our Board-Certified Ophthalmologists. Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 20 locations Over 40 specialties with robust internal referral network Flexible schedule In-house Optical shop EMR and administrative support for coding, billing & collections Outpatient-focused position. No traditional after-hours call (coverage limited to office hours) Comfortable managing comprehensive medical eye exams and ongoing ocular disease management On-site testing devices including HVFs, OCTs, Corneal Topographer, and Fundus Camera. Collaborative environment with strong physician and administrative leadership support Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Board Certification through the American Board of Optometry (ABO) CPR/BLS certification is required Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.
