Post-Closing Specialist Location: Troy, MI (On-Site Only) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Closing Specialist to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This role is responsible for reviewing finalized loan packages to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly executed before files move to the recording stage. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working with loan documentation in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully on-site and requires working in our Troy, MI office. Key Responsibilities Review original signed loan packages for completeness and accuracy Confirm all documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized Ensure all required documentation has been returned after closing Organize loan documents in the correct order for processing and recordkeeping Scan documents into the company's paperless system Submit finalized files to the recording team for processing Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation standards are met Work closely with internal teams to resolve any document deficiencies Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to review documents carefully for accuracy and completeness Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment Title or real estate industry experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate Compensation Pay based on experience Work Environment On-site position located in Troy, Michigan Collaborative team environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the title and real estate industry
