In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance through phone, email, and chat channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skillsProvide accurate information regarding products, services, or medical-related inquiries in a clear and friendly mannerAssist customers by entering data into computer systems swiftly and accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and completeAddress customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolutionMaintain detailed records of interactions, including call notes and follow-up actions, using data entry best practicesCommunicate effectively with multilingual clients, offering bilingual support when required to enhance accessibilityExperiencePrior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. For training classes, a $50 deposit may be required to secure your seat.
