Outdoor Pool Manager

The Pool Manager will ensure safe daily operation of the facility, smooth pool operations including staff management, implementation and supervision of all aspects of daily group and private swim lessons/ program administration, and patron relations. At least two years of staff and facility leadership and supervisory experience in an aquatic program.  Must have ability to evaluate and supervise subordinate program staff; considerable knowledge of aquatic programming and facilities; considerable knowledge of program administration; and ability to implement department mission and goals. Current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred, Lifeguard Training, and CPR and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer required.  Working hours are Monday through Friday, including alternating weekends and nights. Salary Range is $24.29 - $26.40 per hour, DOE/DOQ.
