Commercial Lease Analyst

A National commercial real estate company is looking to hire a Lease Analyst. This is a hybrid position located in Timonium, MD. Salary: $60k - $70k + bonus Responsibilities: Lease abstraction. Investigate and resolve billing disputes by interpreting lease terms and coordinating with internal teams. Resolve billing issues, ensure timely collections, and maintain financial records. Lead pursuit efforts by monitoring tenant accounts, issuing pursuit letters, and maintaining detailed notes in MRI. Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and support the collections process. Maintain Salesforce cases and ensure accurate documentation of tenant interactions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
