Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Chicago, IL ( Onsite ) Position : ( C2C Role ) Duration : ( 6+ Months) Pay Range : $50 - 55/HrSkills: Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe, Business Analyst. Job Description: We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery and support business requirements across fintech platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies and guide teams as a servant leader. Remove impediments| manage risks| and ensure consistent delivery. Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile Scrum practices and engineering discipline. Gather| analyze| and document requirements as user stories and process flows. Collaborate with Product| Engineering| Data| and Compliance teams to deliver digital solutions. Support trading| wealth management| and onboarding platforms. Translate banking workflows into API driven| Agile product processes. Support UAT| backlog refinement| sprint planning| and release readiness. Skills Experience8 to 10 and above years of combined Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience in fintech or financial services. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum| SDLC| and engineering practices (CICD| TDD preferred). Understanding of investment products| trade lifecycle| and data flows. Proficiency with Jira| Confluence| Azure DevOps| or similar platforms. Strong communication| facilitation| and leadership skills.
