Job Full Description CNC Maintenance Technician - Makino / FANUC Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Fowlerville, MI Schedule Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexible Start Times: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM available Temporary Ramp-Up: First 2 weeks of February - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overtime: As needed (Fri-Sun) Express Employment is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician who can step onto the floor and start troubleshooting. You'll support Makino CNC machines with FANUC controls, handling everything from preventative maintenance to machine-down repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair Makino CNC machines (FANUC controls) Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC and production equipment Diagnose and repair: Servos, ball screws, B-axis components Pneumatics and hydraulics Proximity sensors, light curtains, and safety circuits Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals Start up and test machines after repairs Respond with urgency to machine-down conditions Document work orders and repairs Follow all LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures What We're Looking For CNC maintenance experience required Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with FANUC-controlled CNC machines strongly preferred Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems Comfortable working independently on the shop floor Able to use hand tools and electrical test equipment Physical Requirements Stand and walk up to 12 hours per shift Lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, and use of hand tools Pay & Benefits $25.00 - $35.00/hr based on experience 90-day performance review Benefits after 30 days: Medical, Dental, Vision HSA / FSA Short & Long-Term Disability 401(k) after 1 year 100% match on first 3% 50% match on next 2% 80 hours vacation annually (tenure-based increases) Annual vacation payout End-of-year bonuses Tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Apply Today If you have CNC maintenance experience and want a stable, well-paying role working with Makino and FANUC equipment, apply now by sending in your application oto this posting, emailing it to Recruiter Katie at , or you can call/text 517 546 5627.
