Branch Manager Location: Glen Carbon Branch Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role The Branch Manager serves as the leader of our Glen Carbon branch team, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. Responsible for team development, business growth, community engagement, and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities • Drive deposit growth, lending production, and overall branch performance • Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships through proactive outreach • Monitor branch financial performance and drive achievement of sales and service goals • Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities • Lead, coach, and develop branch team members • Conduct performance conversations, provide feedback, and support employee development • Ensure operational accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements • Resolve complex customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Promote collaboration within the branch team to achieve shared goals and objectives Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of retail management experience Lending experience preferred Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operation Proven ability to drive sales performance and business development Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Why Join Us? Benefits May Include the Following: Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
